Flickline Disc Golf and Ski Wentworth are thrilled to announce their first ever partnership event; “Throw Down at the Mountain”. This temp course will be open to the public after Fall colours and into early November.
For approximately 10+ days at the end of October, culminating with the East Coast Disc Golf Tour Championship event on Nov. 2-3rd, Wentworth will be home to a temporary disc golf course open to the public. The daily fee to access the course is $10/disc golfer.
Discs will be available to lend or for sale at the Rental Shop during the week, and several ‘learn to play sessions’ will be scheduled in this timeframe. This event will be fun for both new players and seasoned disc golfers. If you have never tried the game this is your chance!
Once the Wentworth Bike Park season and Falls Colours wrap up on Oct.19 - 20 weekend, we encourage you to come back and see another side of what the mountain has to offer.
Any player who wishes to try out the course is strongly encouraged to download the free app Udisc to see course maps, record your scores, and to find out more about disc golf. For those players who want to play in a more formal setting, the two day tour championship will be open to register here on or after Oct. 2. During this showcase, members of the public are encouraged to come out and spectate for free.
